When you call a buyer who has submitted an internet lead, treat it like a done deal. This is someone who spent hours doing research, found a vehicle or type of vehicle they are interested in, and then submitted a lead giving all of their contact information. If they were not serious, they wouldn’t have given you their information.
Don’t call to set an appointment, call to confirm one.
